ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Re: Design Architects designed the North Star Fund office renovation to reflect a culture rooted in open communication, peace, and inclusion. The goal was to create a workplace that embodies the sophistication of the organization’s mission while maintaining a sense of modesty and approachability. Large conference rooms with flexible furnishings were developed to accommodate public events and evolving programmatic needs, supported by an adjacent ante-room for breakout discussions. The renovation also introduced a multi-purpose room designed for private meetings, lactation, and meditation, ensuring the space supports a wide range of personal and professional needs. The result is a thoughtfully planned office environment that balances flexibility, dignity, and operational clarity.
