Located in the vibrant heart of New York’s Garment District, this commercial lobby renovation reimagines a 92-year-old office entry sequence for a dynamic tenant base seeking sophisticated design and modern comfort. Re: Design Architects transformed the entrance with a custom Italian Bocci chandelier, a lush living green wall, and refined material details that balance historic character with contemporary aesthetics. The design enhances wayfinding, elevates first impressions, and reinforces the building’s identity as a creative workspace destination.
