The renovation of a condo in the Grand Army Plaza Richard Meier building was completed in 2015. Re: Design Architects worked closely with the clients to incorporate existing antique pieces into the space. Custom shelving was built into the living room and includes a retractable concrete panel to hide the T.V. The magical Calico Wabi Wallpaper installed in the dining room creating an elegant dining space.  Colorful, playful areas for the owners children make the space beautifully modern, elegant, and comfortable.
