Re: Design Architects developed a transformative renovation project at 322 Eighth Avenue, breathing new life into the neo-Gothic masterpiece. We designed the new lobby space to strike a balance between preserving historic details and infusing it with a contemporary touch.

This beautiful home, a 5 bedroom/5 bath Victorian built in 1904, is nestled among the tree-lined streets of Brooklyn’s historic Fiske Terrace in Midwood.

The renovation of a condo in the Grand Army Plaza Richard Meier building was completed in 2015. Re: Design Architects worked closely with the clients to incorporate existing antique pieces into the space.
