JACKSON HEIGHTS
The Towers in Jackson Heights boasts working wood fireplaces, gorgeous hardwood floors, and lovely high ceilings. This historic 1900’s co-op apartment was designed to focus on the mixing of historic and modern details, including retaining the original bathroom tiling and cast iron tub. The kitchen space was fully renovated to incorporate new appliances, while the old cabinetry with glass fronts was repurposed and reused. New cement tile and a Rhol Toilet were installed to seamlessly marry modern and historic elements.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAD TO SAY:
Natalie was a big help to us, project managing the gut renovation of our newly purchased pre-war apartment in New York City while we were living a few hours away. Her carefully drafted plans helped our renovation plan sail through co-op board approval which made the whole process so much easier. And she's a genuinely great person, which is always a nice bonus!
