Our design honors the site’s architectural legacy, celebrating restored limestone arches, intricate wood paneling, and Art Deco heritage while introducing modern interiors that support collaborative work, intuitive circulation, and premium workplace amenities. Located near Google’s New York headquarters and Chelsea Market, this project blends historic preservation with contemporary functionality, appealing to creative tenants seeking character-rich office space in the heart of Manhattan. Through architectural design, interior refinement, and seamless project management, Re: Design Architects transformed this landmark into a space that supports productivity, culture, and community engagement.
